  • CrossFit

    Our general CrossFit program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed client regardless of their experience. This group class is available following completion of the Fundamentals Program and passing the movement and fitness test.

  • On Ramp

    Our 6 session On-Ramp program is an informational and instructional opportunity designed for new clients. In these session, we introduce basic barbell and functional movements by slowing down our usual pace to familiarize new athletes with proper mechanics and technique. Through this, our talented coaches can assess an athlete’s mobility and can scale the workout intensity for each individual’s skill level. Each session includes a warm-up, skill instruction/review, workout, and stretching/cool down with different topics discussed during each session (Wodify, Recovery, Nutrition, etc.). On-Ramp is designed to ensure your success and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey.

    Because this is setting you up to succeed at Rubicon Strength & Conditioning, this is a mandatory program for new clients.

  • Barbell

    For the CrossFit athlete looking to take things to the next level, we’ve created “Barbell”. This is a higher level class meant for athletes who have been involved in CrossFit for a while and are comfortable executing movements at a high level of weight and intensity. This class is intended to take your fitness level from a 10 to an 11 and focuses on the Olympic lifts, progressions and variations.

  • Skills/Lift/WOD

    We know that coming away from a CrossFit class might leave you feeling that you need more time to master the skills you’re learning, or you might even want more practice to achieve a lifting goal. Or, perhaps you couldn’t make a scheduled class and just want to get the WOD done for the day. Skills/Lift/WOD is designed to fit this niche exactly. In this program, you can expect to have time to work on specific skills, have the opportunity to practice lifts, or to do the workout of the day.

    • Barbell


      • This membership is for the Barbell class only and is setup on a 12 month Agreement. All new athletes must complete the On Ramp prior to joining this class.
